Re: The Top Ten Game Weapons...
They obviously never played Lo Wang: Shadow warrior, or the Sticky bomb would DEFINITELY have been in
"Lo Wang like sticky bombs"
P.S.-has anyone here even played lo wang?|TG-Irr|Avengingllama
I used to eat paint chips. Now I just drink the paint because I couldn't find a salsa that went well with the chips and they were dry =)

Yea, they didn't use spells, powerups, ablities, either. Just best weapons. I would of liked to see the shock rifle from unreal tournament, I loved that weapon.

3) Support game play in a near-simulation environment. Where the focus of play would not be solely on doing what it takes to win, but doing so utilizing real-world combat strategy and tactics rather than leveraging exploits provided to players by the design of the game engine.

Where's the shotgun from Medal of Honor? That thing was devastating. No one would use anything else.

The "Fusion Canon" from Descent I is my favorite weapon of all time - shot this purple blob that was really slow, but a 1-shot kill to a ship with full shields... once you got it mastered you were pretty much untouchable in MP.

Re: The Top Ten Game Weapons...
Gravity Gun still wins for me. I just can't tell you enough about the situations it's gotten me out of.
Once:
Used it to grab a radiator as a shield from bullets as I ran into a house, used it to knock over some furniture in front of the door, and then killed my pursuers by snagging one of their own roller mines off the ground from the attic window and coming at them from behind and beating them to death with it...
There is no other gun that's ever let me do that.

Re: The Top Ten Game Weapons...
Wait, why Red Turtle Shell? The Blue Turtle Shell was the most horrifying weapon in that game, because if you were in first you could always be screwed over by your friend in last place.
