Just signed up in order to learn from the immense strategic/tactic knowledge built up on this site.
Have been playing Team Fortress (my favorite) years ago, followed by Counterstrike, although less than on TFC. Haven't been shooting online since the last 3-4 years until I recently bought
BF2142.
Got my first promotions and badges (armor) in the first 2 hours of play. Still find
BF2142 way more complicated than TFC or CS. Getting to know the maps and distinquish team mates and foes is the first difficulty.
Anyways, I like the promotion/award thingie and it keeps me trying for harder.
