I am potentially out. Again.

Three things have piled up on that week - work, legal and family. Just a fore-warning.. I might get it all done, but right now it is too close to call.

Okay --- stop hijacking this thread!

Just a quick note for the 17 people that have not paid their $15 deposit. I have sent the reservation money for the pavillion out of my own paypal, so please get that to me ASAP. Or otherwise at least PM me to let me know what the deali-o is. I'll go ahead and plant the seed that I might not be able to attend due to some serious financial woes since I am going to Carnegie Hall next month (Woot!) But with taxes coming back I might can still swing it. I still want everyone else to make it out, though, it'll be an awesome time that I hope I don't have to miss. So.. final word: get your money in so I can get some to Beatnik for BBQ supplies. Do eeeet!

Once again, this year I will be unable to attend. My suspension system in the Dodge is screwed. I think it's the rear leaf-springs. I don't feel comfortable driving up there with the condition they are in (the whole truck leans at the rear). Taking the Ranger would be a possibility, but the engine has some serious "knocking" going on and will be in the shop sometime this week.

Feel free to keep my deposit. You guys have fun.

I guess the rule of threes applies once again. I'm out too. My group is performing in Carnegie Hall in three weeks (did I mention that once or twice or a hundred times.......?????

) And hubby is having a fit about taking a weekend excursion so close to NYC time. I still might try to sneak up there Friday night?? I'm not sure, but I want to come at least say hey to everyone! Beatnik, I'm going to PayPal you what I have of everyone's deposit. (Some people have still not paid..) and y'all can settle up over drinks on Friday. We have Pecan Grove reserved. It's the same place as last time, so if you guys can direct everyone? I hope things can turn out differently, but I just don't see it right now. I'm going to keep organizing this stuff, though, so everyone else can have fun.

I'm definitely in for next year already! Well, take lots of pictures and know that I'm with you guys at the bottom of every bottle.
