A real freaking railgun. I can't believe this really exists.

Then it would be equivilent to 2 Ford Taurus's hitting eachother going 380mph, which turns into a big ball of metal that nobody knows is a Ford Taurus in the end. I would like to see an actual Ford fired at a battleship going 380mph, if you can get one going that fast.

Just put "railgun" in your favorite search engine. There are tons of people that have built them. They mostly fire aluminum projectiles from what I gather and they take a HUGE amount of energy. Cool stuff.
