With people like this having their first contact in a TG forum, I'm not sure a "go find it" without linkage (or even pointing out the link's in your sig) is the best first impression we want to generate.

It's a pretty dense site; let's try to steer new people in the right direction if they're honestly looking to resolve an issue.

Let's be constructive here folks and point folks to where they can find the information. If you don't have anything constructive to say, then don't say anything at all. As Beatnik mentioned, the TG site can be pretty overwhelming to some folks and not everyone is familiar with the use of forums or how we've organized them.
