Wow stress test sign up

World of Warcraft:

For those of you interested, the stress test sign up is now open to non subcribers of fileplanet. The test will last one week and will begin at an unannounced date (most likely once they have a sufficient amount of testers, probably in a couple of days).

The sign up is first come first serve, so head on over to http://www.fileplanet.com and sign up now. MMO and warcraft fans alike should give this game a try. Its blizzard, they make great games as far as im concerned, so can't go wrong with trying the game for free.

The client download is pretty large (2,260.5 MB) (sorry 56kers

) and is available here http://www.fileplanet.com/download.aspx?f=144890. Sign up PRIOR to downloading the client to make sure you get your unique key which will be needed to create an account to be used during the test.

If anyone wants to get together and play this, let me know. I've got a Lvl 16 gnome rogue that I've been playing with off and on for the last few months. We can create a TeamSpeak channel and get a party going...

Heh... I remember when I first got Cox@home in San Diego. That must've been around 1996 or 97. I was getting download speeds like that all the time...

wow nice, im on cable since 2000, and highest ive ever had was 500 or 600 kb. Currently im not on cable ofcourse
