The graphics, the animations; it's absurd really. I am honestly more excited about COD4 than Crysis. I mean, they're both going to rock, but I like the "real-life" aspect of COD4.

Re: E3 '07 Live
Is it bad to...not care for all the "next gen" games coming? Yeah, I loved the halos. I will play halo 3. CoD4 will be the same as CoD2, just with shinier models...
I just...find alot of the new games very flat and linear. They try too hard to appeal to EVERYONE.

Re: E3 '07 Live
Holy crap, that Call of Duty 4 video looked awesome! The movements of the soldier looked so real. I also loved the depth of field when the guy was prone in the grass near the end. The grass in your face seemed so real. Is that for PC?

Re: E3 '07 Live
Yes, I have. I have not played System Shock 2, but If I did I probably would enjoy it. I just think Bioshock is being hyped up a bit much. I'm sure it will be a good game, but not the best ever. Assasins Creed looks like a much deeper game than most at E3... Geez, I forgot about MGS4! Did they unveal anything new? It will definatly be a great ending to a great story... And..ok, I admit I'm very, very, excited for Force Unleashed. I'm a hugggge starwars fan, and I honestly have been anticipating this game since it's rumors in 2004.

Re: E3 '07 Live
this year has to have more big name titles than any other year hands down. Just thinkin of all the cash i gotta spend to get all of them hurts my head. just a quick list of games that i KNOW im gettin
GTA4 Crysis Bioshock MGS4 COD4 HL2:Episode 2 (with TF2 and Portal) Assasins Creed Mass Effect Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway Medal of Honor: Airborne Halo 3 World in Conflict ET:QW Im sure im forgeting some....and those are just the definates! Theres plenty others im gonna wait to see the reviews on since i gotta lot of cash to dish out. All in all, really good year for gaming. Also, gamespot is spot on this year...you dont need to pay, its all free, you just get an HD live feed if you subscribe. You can also stream the stage demos if you missed them. |

Re: E3 '07 Live
Orange box and Left 4 Dead are the only purchases I'm really gonna make in the next 6 months...sadly.
