They also claimed in that article that the 60 gig version of the PS3 was gonna be phased out. They then disproved it later with another article of theirs.

From Hirai himself. They're halting production, but they currently have enough already made to supply stores for an undetermined period. Sony plans one SKU for the US.

Hmm only console I ever bought was the xbox just for Halo. Will likely be the same for halo 3. Played killzone before and never liked it.

Haven't played killzone but I have a PS2 and a PS3, I plan on getting Killzone 2 because if it's a decent shooter and looks that awesome, I think it's worth a try. Unless there's a horrible review from EGM then I might steer clear.
