Ok, do you recommend buying this game retail or from D2D? What are the pro's and cons of each?

Strangely, I don't like buying from D2D. I'm not sure why, maybe it's just their method of license tracking and the need to deal with "Customer Service". I have no problem with buying through Steam though.

Yeah, but unfortunately you can't get GRAW through Steam. Personally, I would go with Retail on this one.

I bought from D2D simply because I got the game before most other people, AND I was able to get Prince of Persia with it for free.
NOW, I'm not sure if they're bundling PoP with it, but if they're not, that means the price is probably 10 bucks less then the shelved version.
