Aegis physics thingy

I heard from an unrealiable source that uninstalling the aegis phyics thing would make the game run smoother. So, first of all if i were to do that would the game explode, and secondly does it actually do anything for performance?

Re: Aegis physics thingy

I uninstalled it when I still had the demo and didn't notice any difference whatsoever. It reinstalled with the full version and I haven't bothered removing it.

Re: Aegis physics thingy

Don't worry about it.I did it with no problems. I then D/L ed the newest driver....yes there is a new driver, and installed it. All of this provided no difference in the game IMO.

Re: Aegis physics thingy

It would only make a diffrence if you had the Ageis card. You don't need the drivers if you don't have the card, but they don't hurt anything. You also get to play around with the blocks in demo mode .

Re: Aegis physics thingy

I think you're supposed to have the runtime environment even if you don't have the card, black death.
