I've tried it out and haven't had a good impression with it. I feel that it's a step up from the GRAW1 disappointment. I would rather play GRAW1 because everybody gets a sat view. For some reason, the technological advancements since GRAW1 made the soldiers in GRAW2 limited with the sat view. Only the team lead gets access to it.
To make matters worse, I couldn't figure out how to give orders to human teammates. If the player was controlled by AI, it was fine. I could give orders in the new quick method or using the sat view like in GRAW1.
Unfortunately, the team lead is still the one that is hosting but I haven't tried out the dedicated server MP, just self-hosting. The team lead still suffers problems of giving orders too far from his own location. You can't see what others are doing on sat view if they are too far from your own location. This made it difficult to control the MULE (mobile rearm point) when the team had moved ahead a significant distance.
The engine is still the same. I don't feel that the performance matches the eye candy. I think that the HL2 and BF engines are beautiful and don't require a beastly PC. GRAW still needs quite a good PC to run well. GRAW2 definitely is a few FPS short of the performance I got in GRAW1.
Ubisoft has definitely ruined the series by letting GRIN develop it. Ever since they shipped off RSE to do other things (like mess up R6:Lockdown), Ubisoft Montreal has so far been the only devs to make a decent Tom Clancy game.

SnakeDoc, Vega and I were MultiPlayer Campaigning it this afternoon.. Definitely will take a Bit of the TG player to elevate this to the next level..
When will they allow a server to NOT have or NOT SHOW the ending Kill count. There are so many that are motivated by that alone..that it may destroy a game..

Yep Got it £22 UK pounds
Get the DVD, then update/patch it, only takes 45 seconds to dl and process v1.02...
and very interested in multiplay...(6..~)Z Z z z....
