Description: The Drill Instructor Award is awarded to an individual who has dedicated time and effort into training and helping fellow Tactical Gamers to improve, posting great ideas and strategies or by helping to improve teammates at practice sessions as well as on the battlefield. It is awarded to a select individual who distinguishes himself or herself from among his or her fellow members by exemplary conduct, efficiency, and fidelity throughout a specified period of continuous enlisted active Tactical Gamer Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter service.
