Ghostrecon.net is a good mod sight. Also do a google search on Dark Angel 4.9 and you should be able to find it. I don't remember where I got it right off hand.

I have it. Try googling DAGRM4.9. There's also a 4.9 update that fixes a few bugs. Previously, Dark Angel published a 4.8 mod, but I don't know what the difference is.

Almost all of the mod content is taken from other mods without the permission of the original creators. You will not find it on GR.Net or most reputable GR modding sites for that reason.
