You know, I have no idea. I saw an old version of this mod up on one of the Ghost Recon sites.

The only blood mod I've used was Gunslinger's Realsim mod and then the Gore update. Maybe on Ghostrecon.net?
I just checked over there and they don't have them but there is a "wounds" mod.New to TG? Start here!
