*What is a permanent member?
-Someone able to raid most Mondays 7:30 pm to 11:00pm
-life happens we cant always play but I do ask that people list them self on available or unavailable as soon as you know.
-Someone who is committed to learning the fights.
-I will supply the material for people but I think to make the raiding time we have more rewarding we all need to have a basic understanding of the fight.
-Priority on all raids.

*What is a back up member?
-Someone who can’t commit to running with us on a regular basis but would like to help out when they can.
-I ask that even as a backup member you place your self on available or unavailable weekly so we know when we need to pull from some where else.
-You will know the day before a raid if you are needed so you can plan accordingly
-You will be able to roll on loot just as a regular member.
-On rare drops I do ask that backup member take into consideration the other member who run full time are the core group that allow us to progress farther which means they need improved gear.

*What is a fill in member?
-Someone we ask to help because were short a member for the night.
-They can only roll on an item if no one needs it.
-They can only greed roll on an item.
-They have no priority on rolls so members still have a chance for greed items.

*If there is more then 5 fill in members?
(This rule will be told upfront so every one knows when it is in use)
-They can greed on items.
-They can need on an item if no full time members needs it.

(This needs to be explained upfront to ever fill in member before we even start running so there is no hurt feeling later on) Gollaen or Wisperwynd will assure that each fill in member knows this.

Probation Time:

Who can go on probation?
-New People (this is for new full time members or someone wanting to become a new back up member)
-People who are under probation do to no show.
(RL happens so there are some exceptions Gollaen and Wisperwynd will be the deciders in this)

Looting:
New People:
-You follow the rules of fill in members for 3 runs.

Members on Probation
-You are not able to roll on items at all for 1 raid.

There is a poll that I need all members and back up members to sign off on.
PLEASE CLICK HERE http://www.tacticalgamer.com/guild-p...ules-poll.html

AND CHOSE:
-Yes you agree to all of these policies
-No you don’t agree and want to talk with Wisperwynd and Gollaen more.
