Basically, they assign 3 groups for phase 2 to independently take down the adds (1 guardian, 2 ambushers) associated with the 3 islands.

Each group:
1. Tank the guardian
2. CC an ambusher
3. Kill 2nd ambusher
4. Kill the CC ambusher
5. Kill guardian
6. Help other groups if needed

It seems less chaotic than our current strategy and may give us some new ideas on how to perfect the phase 1-2 transitions.
