1) No shows and cancels are killing our continuity. Please get the phone number of someone who you know is going to be at the raid and take the time to call, or something to give us a heads up. Obviously there are emergencies and unforseen things that can happen, but give us some notice so we can try to work around it.

2) We have got to clean up our aggro control. Last night was attrocious control by the DPS. If you aren't running Omen, get it. If you have omen, watch it. This is not difficult people.

3) Concentration. We know how to do these fights, it shouldn't take us an hour to clear Gruul and we shouldn't be making stupid mistakes on Mags. Yes, last night was not the optimum group to do Mags as we were light on healers and tanks, but when we get through the first phase and make it into the second, we should never fail this fight unless we get crappy random damage from conflagrate and cave ins.

If we want to continue to progress, we have got to come to every raid with our heads on straight and our mind on the task at hand. Each of us has 24 other people who are counting on us to do our best and succeed, everyone should take that to heart when they come to a raid.
