AAR Gruul 9/6
WWS Report
Team: Beep, Sharabeth, Kils, Talara(then Amalie), Drewidism, Anastacea, Wintrow, Flared, Mirada, Pistos, Sajier, Elminnster, Gaze, Dryne, Amalie, Gnopaine, Celltar, Tarenth, Jest, Muirc, Stargazur, Baylord, Lunatg, Maxarilius Maulgar A nice clean 1 shot on Maulgar. Nicely done all. [Malefic Mask of the Shadows] - DE [Warbringer Shoulderguards] - Sharabeth [Cyclone Shoulderguards] - Stargazur Gruul We showed improvement in that we are now consistently getting him to 10%, however we need to make improvements on keeping the tanks up through then entire fight, and we need to improve our awareness around Cave-In's and Shatters. It shouldn't take us 6 attempts to kill this guy anymore. I will note though that our DPS on final Gruul kill was the highest we have ever had, as we broke 9k DPS. Very well done DPSers. [Trousers of the Incarnate] - Wintrow [Legwraps of the Aldor] - Dryne [Gauntlets of Martial Perfection] - Kils [Bloodmaw Magus-Blade] - Elminnster

Re: AAR Gruul 9/6
Good run last night. Everything went very smooth until Gruul. We had a few problems here and there. Part of it is the random nature of the fight with the silence intervals, cave-in locations, and ground slams.

Re: AAR Gruul 9/6
Props to Sharabeth as well for her dramatically improved DPS/threat generation over the past couple of raids!
We have both been "in school" figuring out the best combination of abilities to bump up threat generation that will enable the serious DPS folks to open up more on the mobs resulting in faster kills. The WWS reports give us a report card to track our performance. In addition, Sajier has been a good coach to encourage us to better performance. F'rinstance, I previously believed that Devastate had a higher miss rate than it actually had AND that it was useful mostly for renewing full Sunder Armor stacked debuffs (it has lower damage than revenge, etc.). WWS showed that it has about the same miss rate as other attacks, and despite its lower damage is still worth inserting into the attack cycle more often for its improved threat generation.
