Purpose: We will provide a casual, friendly place to focus on achieving mastery over the end-game content. We will pick up our teammates when they are in need of help with catching up in some area. We will share knowledge of strategy that will enable efficient progress through Karazhan and the Heroics.

Squad’s Playtime: Monday and Tuesday (possible 3 nights in the future) forming at 7:30 and running at 8pm server time. Squad members will be expected to be online by 7:30 and at the instance or ready for summons if need be by 7:45. If at 7:45 you are not online you will be considered late and by 7:50 we will be searching to fill any unfilled spots.

Initial Goals: Progress though Karazhan and ZA.
Long Term Goal: Forming a 25 man with another squad.

Loot Rules: Loot will be master looter. Loot will be called out in raid chat and people will be given adequate time to state whether they want to need or greed roll for it. Any questions regarding appropriateness of rolls will be dealt with in a respectful and helpful manner. Our focus will be on upgrading our teammates, not on side grades. When rolling for an item please link current item in raid chat. I need everyone that can roll on a certain item to either roll or type pass in the raid channel for quicker looting.

Back Ups: Are considered members of our squad. I ask that any new back up member pass on every roll the first 3 times you run with us. After that you are able to roll on all drops but I ask you to take into account the full time members of the squad.

Alts: We will focus on gearing mains before alts. So priority for a roll goes to a main member. If we have a back up member and a alt in the raid they have equal rolling rights.

Trade Drops: We have one main enchanter for the squad: Bigslick and all drops go to him. All other trade drops will be rolled on equally.

Pick Up Members: *This is important* Loot priority goes to members of the squad. This is something that I will explain to people before they start a run with us. If you want to remind me please do so in a “tell” not in raid channel.
