Need help

hey guys

I have just moved houses and switched internet modems I have the digital home phone connected with it. I have a speed of 100.00 Mbps running and it is cable internet that I have had before when I do speed test it runs between 500-900 Kbps but when I play CSS or any other game my ping goes from 30 to 600. When I download anything it won't go ast 70 Kbps I called my ISP and my Computer tech support and they blame the other... Anyone that knows anything please post thanks! (btw computer has had windows reinstalled completly and nothing was corrected.

Elapse, we need a bit more info. Are you on a wired connection or wireless? Is the lag spike constant or intermittent? What version of windows do you have running?

Answer some of those and we may be able to offer some help.
