Measuring FPS

What program do you guys use for measuring FPS in a game? All I've got is FRAPS and I know it's not entirely accurate, lol. Thanks

a lot of programs/games have a built in way to measure FPS if you know the command to type into the console
look on tweakguides.com and he usually mentions how.
Plus, doing it through the console means that FRAPS isn't using up resources.

fraps is pretty darn accurate by most peoples standards.
