Mouse Assignment buttons not working

Hi Guys, Since installing the new Project Reality Mod I am unable to assign buttons on my Logitech MX 1000.

I have installed latest Directx 10 since I am useing Windows Vista 32 Bit, also installed latest Setpoint from Logitech, I have assigned keys, enabled game detection in mouse settings.

When I go to the options within game, the mouse is not able to assign keys.

Has anybody any Ideas whats going on?

btw, this seems to be only a Vista issue. I am sure there is a way to get this to work.....just have to figure it out.

FINALLY figured it out! I had to disable UAC in vista for it to work. Now it works fine. Before disabling it, I had to run PR as an administrator even though I AM the administrator account. For some reason, it wouldn't run without it. By disabling it, it runs fine and so does UberOptions......FUBAR!!!

Oh....now I can finally try .75!

In Windows, "Administrator" is just another account that happens to have certain privileges. But it doesn't have all privileges.
