Re: Official Firefox Add Ons Thread

Copied and pasted from the TG firefox user group

Been using firefox for years, and won't be going back any time soon. Lots of add ons including
Stylish,
Smartbookmarks Bar (awesome!!),
SearchLoad Options,
Resizeable Textarea (extremely useful for forums)
Make Link (use constantly many times a day for the posts I do here)
ImageBot (could not be easier to host images for forums and such, works with photobucket and imageshack, use it daily)

Get Direction from google maps
Fullerscreen
Fasterfox
Foxmarks bookmark synchronizer
Download Statusbar (a must have so that the stupid download box will never bother you again)
Auto Copy (extremely helpful in all the copy and pasting I do in the forums)
Adblock Plus (try running without it on most sites after a new Firefox bata, and can't believe how much crap is usually on a site)

For those that don't know, the portable apps version is awesome, both for testing and to keep on your thumb drive
I am using it now so I don't have to actually install the Beta 5.

Make sure you guys post themes you use:
I have OldFactory Black and OldFactory Black/Rust, and sometime pimpzilla.
Check it out here
http://www.mozilla-theme-oldfactory.de/download.php
The Rust one is one of the coolest I have ever found.

Greasemonkey
FireFTP
IETab (I recommend this to everyone, integrates the ability to switch page rendering between IE and Firefox, meaning you can do things like running Windows Update through firefox now. You'll never need IE again.)
Map+
Webmail Notifier
Fasterfox
Flashgot
Download Statusbar

Re: Official Firefox Add Ons Thread

Current on my FF3B5:

- Download Statusbar (can't live without this on FF)
- Download Helper (don't think this works for B5 yet...)
- IE Tab (saves me from opening IE7 to test my web designs)
- Router Status (...still not updated to work with B5 yet...)
- Right-Click Link (converts a text-based link and opens it in a new tab/window)
