Yeah, its really annoying to snap in also... wish it was just a screw-in one.

Also, any suggestions to any good cheap CPU fans?

Well, a screw in one would probably mean you need to install a back plate on the back of the motherboard, which would require you to take the MB out. So that can be a pretty big hassle.

Might look into one like this

It is the top ranked one on newegg, and you don't even have to take the motherboard out.
