HELP!! SVCHOST.EXE is making my computer run between 50-76%

this all started when the new automatic update came out a few days ago, now my computer is slower than sh_t.....anyone have any tips on how to correct this problem? Much appreciated, please feel free to PM me as well bc it takes forever for anything to load up.

It's probably a virus just taking the name of a system file... try running an antivirus program
