Forum suggestion: internal forum links

My own team (matureasskickers.net) uses Woltlabs Burning Boards and when I reference a thread or post in the same forum by URL, the software automatically converts it to set the link text to the title of that thread. 'Twould be cool if TG forum links worked like that.

I've seen other automagic conversions here such as converting media links to a thumbnail of the media, so it seems like the basic machinery must already be in place to do this kind of thing.
