Nice one Bam. I ended up adding the weather (been searching a long time for one just like that), the Web Developer bar, and the AdBlock (since FF3's default blocker leaves about 30% of pop-ups unblocked).

If I was still a SM, I'd give you +rep.

For me both the Download Statusbar and Faviconize Tab are some I dont' want to live without. If you use google, the googlepreview is really awesome. I used to have it installed, not sure why I don't now.

Yay, now Apophis will join the dark side.

I already had Statusbar installed and had to live without it from Beta 2 through Beta 3. Was one of the first add-ons I had for FF 2.x.

I also added the Google preview thing. It's awesome. I've had plenty of searches where I go exploring and can only remember what the site looks like but not remember the page title or content. It's already helped me find several older bookmarks that I lost when I switched from FF2 to FF2 Beta.

I had planned on downloading today but the servers at http://www.mozilla.com/firefox seem to be dying under the strain.

EDIT: Hmm I got on the server but it is still showing FF2. FF3rc3 is available as a "sneak peek" though. I'll waiting until the correct links are updated.

yea, I know, they sent out this email but haven't updated the site with the new version yet.

edit: the site is slowly being updated I guess, shows firefox3 now, but still has 2.0.0.14 as the file being downloaded
