Re: Flash Memory ~Thumb drive advice

Someone out there in cyberland must have been listening, because they just wrote up an article with everything you need to know:

CyberNotes: Encrypt, Backup, and Recover Files on a USB Drive

Just posted yesterday
The reader comments at the bottom of the article are good too.

Re: Flash Memory ~Thumb drive advice

I just started using a flash drive for my work stuff and it came with this app

http://www.transcendusa.com/Products/JFelite.asp

Im not sure if its really all that good but its what I have. Pretty much anything that keeps my flash private and not an open book to any who can plug it in.

Very nice find! Now I can move my files securely between school workstations without the computer complaining about my lack of admin privileges.

Re: Flash Memory ~Thumb drive advice

Great find Hambergler
Lifehacker comes through again.
I am more than a week behind in all my tech reading since I just had family in town.
