I am not exactly sure what you mean with the "create a disk image". How would this be better than just rebooting?

it is norton ghost for vista. It allows you make an exact image of your hard drive to restore if something happens. It's a way to backup everything - programs, settings, tweaks, games, favorites - exactly the way it is on your hard drive.
