DDR2 standard
What basically the standard for DDR2 ram in today's market. I'm planning on making a new computer and i wanted to know whether DDR2 800 is the best.

Re: DDR2 standard
DDR2 800 is the standard and unless you are doing some major overclocking, the fastest you should go with. DDR2 1066 is also out at a good price and slightly faster, but it will not be utalizied unless you up your Front Side Bus and overclock your CPU.
If you need help picking some, let us know. Acreo just ordered some the other day and I recommended these: (still had the bookmark) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145194 They all have excllent reviews and are all amazingly cheap after rebates. I have seen reviews on tech sites for most of them as well and they always get good reviews.
