Black Friday always manages to combine the best deals with the longest lines and coldest weather. EVER!!!

That being said, and since I'm a such a masochist, I'm probably going to go to Best Buy. Last year I forgot to bring earmuffs and my ears almost froze off on line.

i got my whole next 24 hours planned out... 11 pm tonight citadel opens ill go buy shoes clothes and other stuff... then at 6 pm ima be at radio shack for 8gb ipod touch with free Ihome... scramble to walmart buy a 42 inch 1080P polaroid tv to use as monitor :P buy some presents and stuff for my cusins. then ill head over to the anchor blue to buy some jeans

Going to Best Buy tomorrow with a friend and his brother (and friends). He wants to pick up a new 32" HDTV, new 22" LCD monitor, and a few other things.

I'm not planning on buying anything, but we'll see if I indulge or not come tomorrow.

ahh im having second thoughts now my head hurts! idk if i should get upgrades for pc instaid of the ipod... zomg maby a 9600 GT for only $70 or an antec 900 case for $100 ish i think zomg :P i love sales

The Antec 900 is $59 on Newegg on the emailed Black Friday Ad.

Probably shouldn't get it from NewEgg either since you're in California and in all likelyhood, your orders will get charged the state tax.

BestBuy was just plain bad. Worst "deals" I've ever seen on Black Friday in the last few years that I've gone.

There was no markdown on any of the LCD monitors above 19". Other things were marked down a mere few dollars to about $50. The TVs weren't much better. None of the big ones were dropped much, if any. The 32" saw a small drop and there were only two good deals: a Dynex 32" and a Sony Bravia 32". The Sony sold out in only a few hours ($499.99 - $100 less than the usual selling price).

Good thing I was only there for an hour.
