Corrupt Partition Table

I got this error out of the blue while doing a system repair. Reason for doing a system repair was because my hard drive wasn't being recognized. I did nothing out of the normal so I do not see a reason for it. No recent window's updates, no downloads or anything I can think of.

If anyone has had the same problem or know how to fix this I would really love some help.

Ouch! think you will need to try and recover the corrupt Partition:
