Corrupted Charcters on screen and video fragmentation

I booted up my computer after a week of non use.
When I noticed the POST screen had every character displayed as gibberish.
The characters are not even understandable as numbers or letters.
I can get the computer to work correctly 1:4 times. Where it will go to my background but usually about 10 minutes later it locks up. Then proceeds to seemingly loop while blinking the screen every 30 seconds and not allowing me to access the computer. Usually when that occurs I will get these video fragments like little 1/4"*2 pixel lines spaced every 3/4" across the the entirety of the sceen.

Like a bad seating cartridge error on your old NES system.

Blow the dust out from your graphics card. It may be that the gfx card in your system is overheating (thus causing screen artifacts).

Additionally, if that doesn't work, try reseating your RAM.

Ok, so I went ahead and cleaned out all the dust.
But I still get the same BS.

Now I get a message that states that no Motherboard was found.
I had been meaning to build a new system anyways. Guess it got jealous and decided to show me what was what.

Take the RAM out of your motherboard and put it back in.

If you still get the "no mobo" error, remove all but 1 stick of RAM and try booting again.

If it doesn't work with one stick try all the others as well.

tried em all.
2/3 sticks would not even let the computer POST.
The third finally posted but still with corrupted characters and video errors.
The OS screen loads up and when it is supposed to go to the desktop. All I get is a maze of black and white strips.
