PORN files
For all you people responsible for producing software (including game mods):
I suggest that all software projects rename their README files to "PORN", perhaps for "Product Overview (Readme iNformation)". (I'm sure someone can come up with a better bacronym.) This will guarantee that all users read it. And someday the stigma of the term porn will disappear, as it becomes equated with "boring wall of text".
I also suggest putting design overview information in the file NakedPics.jpg.txt. (Because Windows users by default don't see the last file extension, this will appear to them as "NakedPics.jpg".)

Re: PORN files
Err...I don't think so. I wouldn't know to search for the word "PORN" when I'm searching for a game's README text file. As great of an idea that would be, it would just be better to have the file opened when a person launches the game (either the first time or each and every time) so they know where to look first instead of asking 40 million stupid questions.

Re: PORN files
If it's working fine, then why do users still ask stupid questions answered in the README file? Could it be that they'd rather have you do the work of reading it for them?
But many users will quickly and voluntarily infect their machines with the worst viruses, risking their jobs, to get to porn. (We could always provide the same file under both names. And in Linux, the same file can have many names (through hard links), so there's not even a storage cost for that OS.)Dude, seriously, WHAT handkerchief?

Re: PORN files
The prevention of repeated questions and possible infections comes in educating people to read the README first. At least that's what I believe should be happening rather than coming up with some new snazzy name for a README file. Meh.

Re: PORN files
Just put in the same document twice as readme and porn.

README is still much simpler to read and remember. Why make something more complex for something that's been working fine?
