It looks like DX11 will run on dx10 cards.. That's simply awesome.

Not entirely. They said that it will run on DX10 cards but those cards lack some features what DX11 can offer. So it will run, but not with all effects.

I have a GTX 275 (Should work maybe) BUT I also run XP as it is for me STILL the only way to play games, and yes that DOES include W7 64 as the sound architecture is terrible, the same reason I gave away my Vista CD. Useless sound, meaing the drivers break and things like FRAPS which works 100% in XP recording ALL sounds I want do not work in 7....
So no DX 11 for me
