Re: cheap graphics card?
My quick google is showing the 2100 as integrated graphics. So we need to know if you motherboard has PCI-E or AGP slot for an upgrade suggestion. Also, is your computer store bought, and also how old is it?

Re: cheap graphics card?
No offense meant but the Radeon 2400 HD would not be much of an upgrade. It's more of a media card, not really meant for gaming. That said, if you have a PCI-E slot for graphics (you likely do, but I'd make sure using the methods mentioned above, and it would be good if you could post the results) a good place to go is www.newegg.com as the prices for video cards are good. If you are looking for relatively inexpensive there are 9800 GT cards generally around $100-$130 or so for NVIDIA and Radeon 4830 cards starting around the same for ATI (this series is exponentially better than what you have)
You may also find some 4850 cards for around there as well."I've been working since I was sixteen. I fought in two wars. Hell, I've killed people. I'm not saying that I didn't enjoy it..."

Re: cheap graphics card?
Oh, one more thing though, pay attention to power requirements, most of the cards are 400w+ (probably even 500+) just to be sure. Some OEM pcs are still being shipped with 350-380w power supplies and those would not be sufficient for much.

Re: cheap graphics card?
An ATI 4670 would probably be ideal for your application if you have a PCI-E slot. They are reasonably fast (about equal to a 9600GT) and use very little power.

Re: cheap graphics card?
4850 would be great if his power supply can handle it. Given the rest of his specs, I'm guessing it can't. A 4770 would probably work but given the pricing/availability of the at the moment, it is hard to recommend one. I still say the 4670 is probably his best bet.

Re: cheap graphics card?
Looking at the requirements of the card (well, most models), I'd have to agree with the 4670.
