Stop Pop-UPS
hey guys i need help on getting rid of these dam pop-ups ! not sure on how i got them on my pc but i keep getting( adultfriendfinder) and a few other sites popping up when i surf the net ? i downloaded AVG but they still pop-up ? i also whet into my internet options and clicked on pop-up blocker and i have it on high yet i still get these dam sites ! Please help ....

Well, start with using a browser other than Incontinent Exploder. A lot of us use Firefox, but Opera, Chrome, and Safari are other good choices. Anything but IE!
If you use Firefox, install the NoScript and FlashBlock addons. These ask your permission before running potentially malicious JavaScript and Flash code on websites. It's JS and Flash that are largely responsible for those popups. (I don't even allow all the JS sources used by TG, as many come from ad sites that I have no reason to trust.)Dude, seriously, WHAT handkerchief?

step 1. Stop looking at seedy porn sites!
step 2. Download the free version of Malware bytes, run it and hopefully clear out whatever crap you have on your computer. You can get it here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
step 3. Follow the advice in the post above.
step 4. STOP VISITING SEEDY PORN SITES!!! (or downloading software from torrents, etc.) ;p

LoL thanks guys for the help ...Buckets i downloaded Malware and ran program and it looks like its gone for now..... till i go back and look at porn ! besides who on here doesnt look at porn ?..anyway you guy rock with adivice , nice to have TG members help with stuff like this ... cheers !
