Re: Best tactical keyboard and mouse control layout scheme, yours?
I was thinking about getting the Belkin or Logitech Gameboard, but after reading various sources on both shopping websites and product reviews - I have come to the conclusion it is better to use your keyboard when it comes to FPS gaming.
This review:

Is about a person who had a Logitech keyboard and the gameboard for a bit and tried it out. Also the Belkin isn't in question as reviews of that compared to the Logitech one is worst in that the comfort isn't as good and you don't have as many keys. Although it does look damn sexy.
So the gameboards seem more for casual gaming as well as using your macros for MMOs, but not FPS gaming. As i'm into FPS gaming I want the best possible hardware for it and the gameboards are not it.

I use the ergodex because I am left handed and nothing works well for a lefty. I have 50 keys layed out precisely for my hand size and stretch. Unfortunately, or fortunately it does not have drivers for vista...

I was considering getting the Ergodex a few years back, but was scared off by the price. Does it work as well as they claim?
I instead went with the Ideazon (now SteelSeries) Fang and have been quite happy with it. It has nice large movement keys, and a number of other control keys with varying shapes for easy recognition. It's also ambidextrous for you lefties.|TG|MeleeClear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose!

Anyone with new keyboard layouts or perhaps new forum members that can share? I have recently found a wiki article explaining going RDFG which makes even more sense.
