I has fps issues.
Okay...so I am playing Combat Arms which is a popular MMOFPS, and although my ping is low, sometimes the characters just stop moving on the screen and I have NO idea on what is going on. Some people said it's just my graphics card...but I don't know why having such a poor card can cause this. Can anyone help me find a good graphics card so I can save up my paychecks and get it installed? If this helps i'm posting my gaming rig info now.

Re: I has fps issues.
You're on integrated graphics, and poor integrated graphics at that. Hmm, you should have a PCI-E slot open so my advice would be to get a decent graphics card to replace your onboard 7100.
