Vid card question
so will nvidia gtx 275-295 cards be able to run DX11???
You've heard of Tier 1 and Seal team Six right?
Were not those guys....were the 16TH.

no, they are DX10 only. there was some speculation that DX10 hardware would be able to run some DX11 features but as far as I know its just a rumor for now

DX10 only. I imagine DX11 games will be backwards compatible with DX10 but you won't get whatever visual features come with DX11.

No, it isn't a software issue, it is hardware. ATI's DX10 cards should actually have an advantage over Nvidia's in DX11 due to the presence of hardware tessellation.
