Can anyone out there explain exactly what it does. I've read the PR releases about it, and I know having it turned on will increase my memory speed, but does it actually do any other overclocking? Anybody with a good explanation of how it works?

It's just a fancy marketing term as it essentially just OC's your RAM. Of course, many can't get it to work since it, well, doesn't work very well and you'd be better off OCing and testing the ol' fashion way to get a stable overclock.
