How many "can I upgrade my laptop" threads do we need?????

There. Now that I've gotten that out of my system, I don't know the answer to your question. Have you found the tech specs for your laptop on the IBM website?

The short answer is no, and this is true for almost all laptops which tend to be unupgradable. Sure, you can add more ram, but that isn't going to help you much. If it's a P150, it certainly isn't going to be able to be upgraded past a P200, if that.

    Re: question about my laptop

MOST every laptops ever made are CPU upgradeable... this started with AMD chips as far back as the 133...... ram, lcd, hard drive, and cdrom in almost every laptop can be upgraded....

yours is either a 120 or 133, and it is upgradeable only to a 133.

sorry, it looks like its destined to forever be a win9x computer.
