Internet lagging
Anyone else been lagging tonight... badly?
Havn't tried any tweaks yet.. this actually started 2-3 days ago and has just been getting worse

That's the most likely culprit of your problems.. Call your ISP.

If it continues tomorrow i will call them. I need to give them a bit more time, because everyone in this city is getting the lag, if they are on roadrunner. 4 friends, each from different sides, are getting the lag.
I'll wait until tomorrow and see whatsup

Your school's router or firewall is denying ICMP requests outbound (and most likely inbound as well). This is done as part of a layered security system specifically to keep people from "snooping around."
