    Internet lagging

    Anyone else been lagging tonight... badly?
    Havn't tried any tweaks yet.. this actually started 2-3 days ago and has just been getting worse

    That's the most likely culprit of your problems.. Call your ISP.

    If it continues tomorrow i will call them. I need to give them a bit more time, because everyone in this city is getting the lag, if they are on roadrunner. 4 friends, each from different sides, are getting the lag.

    I get alot of this with tracert:

    * * * * * * * * * *

    When I do it (After I get out of my schools internet gateway)
    TG-16 IHS | USAR 16th PSYOP BN, now with more (TGY16)

    Your school's router or firewall is denying ICMP requests outbound (and most likely inbound as well). This is done as part of a layered security system specifically to keep people from "snooping around."

    Ah, must have been maintenence. It's back to normal, and i seem to get a slightly better speed now
