New CPU detected on every reboot

Hola hardware gurus. A few weeks ago I zapped my power supply and had to get a new one. Since then, everytime I reboot I get a message around POST time that says I have a new cpu do I want to run setup or accept defaults.

Anyone know what's causing this and how I can make it go away?

yeah I was worried about that. Is that something I walk into Fry's and get replaced?

Get the model number off the battery you currently have. Fry's should have them and I'm pretty sure Radio Trash would to.

Er.... Radio Shack.

Yeah. As logn as you get the same voltage battery (and there are atleast 3 different ones that I know of) you'll be fine. Batteries cost like 2-3 dollars, so it's not a huge amount of money. Radio Shack and Bestbuy both carry them.

Do you run setup and make sure that everything is kosher in your bios?
