tech. problems......

okay, this is freaking me out. when i press ctrl-alt-delete, the systems manager doesn't show. also, whenever i restart my computer, my steam would fail to load and results in an emergency shutdown.

i really hope the guy didn't sell me a used hard drive cuz it was still in its package. if not, then what did i do wrong?!

Re: tech. problems......

Check your event viewer (Control Panel > Administrative Tools> Event Viewer). Look for any Stop errors under Application and System (Red X's to the left of the event).

Post any verbatim.
