Unknown problem

I'm noticing a lack in power and reliability at the moment, 3d mark scores drastically lower than last time I ran the test and no adjustments to drivers or settings, amongst other things.

I can see no obvious cause and have done all the standard checks but I'm at a loss as to what is causing me problems, any ideas?

what os?
how old os since last install?
you've got an ATI right? you SURE you've not updated drivers since?
