imac g4
I need some help,i have a internet friend who has a imac g4 (i know nothing about mac) when playing video intensive games (savage..WoW) he get's blackscreens,i suggested a vidoe driver update to start but he know less about the system than i do.Can anyone help run me through the video driver update process on a g4?I have been meaning to pick up a mac to mess around with,wish I would of done it by now. thx..........wild

Tell him to run software update. That will have the lastest video drivers if there are any.
Also, www.apple.com/support has a discussion boards about problems....he could post his problem in there and will probably get a reply. He could try clearing his pram and nvram, described here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=2238 |
