Those odd colored dots are called artifacts. These appear when your card is overstressed/ overheating. You should turn down the clock speed of the videocard so you don’t mess it up. I would suggest increasing the clock speed slowly. You should stress test your overcloked video card before permanently changing the memory and gpu speeds. I would suggest using ATItool to overclock your videocard. It is nub friendly and will do most of the work for you. Getting a better fan/ cooling system will allow you to run a higher clock speed without artifacts.
