video editing software, but not...
I'm wondering if there is a video editing program that lets you either draw, place arrows or other symbols directly onto the footage and save it as a new video...
Not the typical, add a title or effect to a video clip... but the ability to place objects as needed... kinda like they do in football games, when they explain plays. Thx in advance. |

Sounds like something Adobe After Effects would do, butyou'd have to import the material from another video editing app.
