Reputation

When I click the 'give rep' button I just get sent to the top of the page. I thought at first that maybe you were only allowed to give out a certain amount of rep over a time period but I have been unable to use the reputation system for some time now.

I use:
Windows XP
Mozilla Firefox
Zone Alarm
Microsoft Antispyware

I guess thats all the relative information. Anyone else have this problem or have any idea how to fix it. I tried searching the FAQ but and forum but couldn' find any information.

Turn off your pop-up blocker. The script opens up a pop up window, that gives you an option of adding + or - rep, and enter comments.
